Are they neck heavy and if so how bad?

A little bit of neck dive, but not T-bird bad... nothing a good wide strap won't cure.

I had a 5, nice and light, neck dive was not a problem due to the light weight. A nice bass

I have tried one, wanted to buy one but the price went up so I didn't get round to it, although that was a 5. Would still like one.

I had a 4 for a while and liked it. Overall it was light and I don't remember neck dive being a problem, although it did change my playing stance when playing it. I tended to hold the bass more vertically, not sure why.
