Ibanez SR500 / SR700 and other contendors

I'm looking for a new bass to upgrade from the first one I got and both the SR500 and SR700 seem like good options with the kind of look I'm after as well as the 24 frets and things I've seen people talking about like the fast neck. But at the moment I'm not seeing any anywhere for the price I'm aiming for which is about £400 for the SR700 (second hand and factoring in postage/collection) and a little less for the SR500 so unless someone has one they'd be willing to sell me does anyone know any other good options in a similar price range with similar features? One option I'm considering is a Taurus t-24 washburn but I'm not too sure what they're like in comparison to the SR series ones I've looked at. I've also considered a Warwick Corvette but I have no idea how I'd manage without the marked frets. If anyone has any suggestions or opinions then I'd be glad to hear it, thanks.

SR700, assuming you mean the 2008-2015 version.

I have the 706 and it's great. The finish is hard gloss and much more resistant to wear then the brown 500s of recent years. I have 3 other models in the brown and have no issues, but mine were all purchased new and I'm gentle with instruments.

Alright thanks guys, I'm looking for second hand for sure and I had no idea about the side markers on the Warwick. I'll check some of this stuff out in a bit and let you know what I think 👍
