Dunno, I have no paperwork, it was brought second/nth hand from Nothern Guitars in Leeds. Plays nicely, apparently a 97 and I thought it was Lake Placid Blue but have zero recollection of how I knew that. It has matching headstock in the same colour.

That’s a great colour, blue in some light, greener in others

I think you are correct and it's Sapphire Blue.

Given that Steve has looked up the serial on the Fender site and it's told him the colour, I think it safe to say it's tidepool blue. Nice instrument, Steve. Hope your daughter enjoys it.

I looked up the colour on Fenders website. It can't find my serial number thought it looks legit, but what do I know
