Clearly some people will

 

The AI phrases that are always there:

1. "Perfect for any..."
2. "Whether you're a beginner...."
3. "Must-have..."
4. "... sure to impress"

I sell on eBay and have never used the AI description generator. I put more effort into the description for my Dremel router table (don't laugh) for £20 than this bloke did for a circa £4K bass.

 

Lets see if it sells

I'm concerned that it has an aftermarket pickguard and he hasn't clearly stated that this doesn't affect the playability at all!?!

It seems bizarre that the seller has a reasonable set of photos but can't be arsed to put a narrative to them.

I've seen things I'd like, but I just step away from those; just a load of meaningless babble which tells you absolutely nothing about the actual item for sale.

I have a number of saved searches which exclude those phrases and also stupid words like "stunning" and "rare".

Several things.

 

1. that’s bloody gorgeous 

2. looks better with black pickguard 

3. AI generated descriptions are lame

4. as with @prowla “L@@K!” Is a reason I wouldn’t buy from someone 

5. I haven’t got any money so points 1-4 are not valid at all 😏

I wouldn't refuse to buy something where an AI description had been used, but points 1-3 and 5 would apply, but I can't stand Fender Telecasters, I think they're hideous, so no points apply in this case.
