D-Tuner for Fender Jazz Elite

Hey guys, 

 

I'm looking to add a d tuner peg to my Fender elite jazz and wondered if anyone has any experience of fitting one to this bass in particular?

 

Is there a specific one I'd need to get where the holes all line up etc and which match the other tuners?

 

Any help appreciated

Maybe the BT12? If in doubt get in touch with Hipshot. They are very helpful in my experience.

My first thoughts were the BT12.
 

Put a pic of the current tuners on here, should be easy for us to advise.

Check which one you need from the Hipshot site, order from a respectable outlet.. Fitting should be quite easy if you've got the right one.

They will expect you to have done some research first. I called asking and was told "I don't know the exact model numbers for everything just off the top of my head, you know!!?!" Then eventually we got the answer and I ordered, but I did get treated like a small child. In some ways I kind of see the point, but in others....

Depends who you talk too I find Marcus quite helpful but I get your point.
