MNY
A quick shout out to the guys at Alpher Instruments for their superb craftsmanship, willingness to explore new ideas and their first class service. Al and Chris delivered my new Hammerhead bass last Friday and what a monumental day it was. Tone wise this bass is absolutely mind boggling, the build quality is pretty special too. I have always been quite traditional in my taste especially when it comes to body shapes but I must say the more radical nature of the Hammerhead shape is definitely growing on me, have I mentioned the tones on tap? Blooming awesome!!!

jonno1981
Ahhh is it vol/tone and 4 push switches for the pickups? I thought it had a four way eq or something and the knobs looked close together. Looks terrific.
Geek99
@MNY it’s a trope around here, a running joke that new members are often young metal fans and don’t know Much about equipment hence they ask the question “is it …” forgot to say it’s a handsome bass btw Edited November 29 by Geek99

Yes I believe you are correct, 2 pairs of 2 with a switching button for each coil and a stellar tone 10 way tone pot.

The push buttons control the pick up coils, which you can use in any combination from all on to all off, and then there’s a volume and 10 way tone control. Thank you for your comment.
