Not gonna lie, I love this bass sooo much! I remember playing it at the London Bass Show and falling in love with it then and there, but sadly my pockets aren't deep enough for even a tuning peg these days. How's it getting on? Still playing beautifully I am sure!

I also fell in love with it at (presumably the same) London Bass Show and I also couldn't dream of affording it, but luckily the following year when had done a lot of gigs and my gigging drawer was actually fairly full I looked on Shukers website and there it was, £1k cheaper than the london show, and although still not cheap, I managed to justify it to myself. It is still a thing of beauty, it plays very well and sounds good. And it still looks impossibly slender with that long front horn!

They did do some basses @Rich

Strangely, I don't like it on their basses, or their solid body guitars. But it's absolutely perfect on their jazz guitars, as they have so many other little art deco cues too. If I was rolling in dough, I'd buy one just to hang on the wall.

As someone not familiar with it, can we see a photo of the full thing?

Obviously some bias from current ownership and past glories.

Hamer

Mike Lull

Gibson Thunderbird

Spector (I still maintain you could put an NS headstock on any bass and it would look better)

Travis Bean

I really feel the headstock of Anderton's East Coast basses looks decent.

What is that? Looks like some sort of Kubicki Ex-Factor bass thing going on with the extra fret. Have you got a photo of the whole guitar?

It's one of my custom Shuker's.

It's actually based on the double bass extended fretboard

Here's the full bass
