Used - Galli Synthesis flatwound 5 string set - £28 - *SOLD* £28 Hampshire

These have been on my fretless for a while. The strings themselves are in good condition but the silks are quite worn now.

 

The strings are super smooth and feel wonderful, and thanks to the synthetic core they have a lovely low tension.  They do take a while for the tuning to stabilise, as the core keeps stretching initially, but the wait is worth it IMO.

 

Bass Direct are selling these for £60, so I think £28 posted is reasonable for a used set.
