Groundwounds - how "grabby" are they?

I'm curious to know if there are there any groundwounds out there that aren't "grabby"?  I know pressurewounds are smoother and quieter than rounds, but they are harder to find that grounds, hence the question.

I used D'Addario half wounds for probably 20 years

they are very sticky when new 

 

I don't use them anymore - flats only for me  - Halfs are probably an individual feel thing 

they were good for calming down very bright basses
