USB power banks for power supplies

After seeing it mentioned somewhere on BC, I bought one of these:

What I would like to do is use a USB power bank to power this (OK so far) and use it to power a small pedalboard including an HX Stomp (less OK).

So, experiment time. Using an Okzu C1017 10000mAh power bank, I tried supplying the HX Stomp using a 3 into 1 DC cable to parallel the two 300mA outlets and one 100mA output. Initially I used the USB-A outlet. The powerbank displayed 188 and nothing else happened. Then I tried the USB-C outlet with the same result. I then tried running it off a mains-USB-C adaptor and it worked, and indeed continued working after I unplugged first the 100mA outlet and then the second 300mA outlet. So the power supply itself works but the power bank is inadequate, which it shouldn't really be as it's supposed to be a 22.5W charger. It's not broken - it's happily charging my phone right now as a test.

Does anybody happen to know of a reasonably inexpensive USB powerbank that might work for this application?

USB-A pushes out low power starting from 5 VDC/100 mA = 500 mW only. USB-C is for bigger power levels.

The charger output describes the speed of the charge. 22.5 W is quite a lot. I might consider it as a relatively fast unit, although I've seen 80 W phone chargers.

I tried both USB-A and USB-C. It's supposed to do 5V/3A but doesn't seem to.
