Don't think I've heard of Baiful before, maybe if you know, you know.

 

Looks to me to be aesthetically inspired by the highly collectable 50s/60s Wandre basses & guitars, has similar weird/wonky proportions. Must be an Italian thing.

Do you think the bass clef sound hole was meant to look like a bird when the instrument is in playing position? It does also look like a pipe on wheels which gives it a nice surrealist vibe.

For those who don't remember the tome that accompanied the build, by the way, I should explain that the inspirational bit was entirely @TheGreek 's .
