Elfrasho Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 An old classic korg triton le. I'm replacing a digital piano with this. As a piano it's clearly a downgrade but to be honest, being limited to piano has meant I've slowly lost interest and so I thought a wee keyboard with various sounds might get me playing a bit more! First impressions.. nicely built. Sounds great although the pianos are a bit naff. Lots of assignable knobs. Hopefully midi works fine so I can use it as a controller. 3 Quote

If you need better piano sounds, there’s plenty of VST pianos you can use. 1 Quote

The piano was essentiallly a midi controller anyway and the piano within the free sample tank is good enough for me. 2 Quote
dave_bass5 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 That's a cool synth. Over Christ I treated myself to the Korg Triton/Triton Extreme VST. Ive never really paid any attention to the Triton range before, but ive been knocked out with how it sounds. Its replaced a lot of my JP8/OBx sounds. I know its sounds very 90's, but it sound nice and thick. I almost got the M1 YST first, but after trying this, I had to have it. Quote
