Here is a US made Zero Mod thumb rest for a Stingray. It is as new, comes with the screws. I paid £60 delivered for it which is a lot but it`s a quality made bit of kit if you need one for a Ray. £30 delivered UK, paypal f&f or bank transfer.

 

Made of top quality black acrylic on precision CNC machinery - NOT molded - 

Right here in the USA in a NY machine shop.

Comes with two slightly longer screws that account for the thickness of the rest,

so it doesn't even change the screw holes of your bass.

 

This model should fit most Ernie Ball Music Man 4-string Stingray basses

 

The holes MUST be 70mm apart.
