First Garageband project

Hi

 

I started a new job in September and got an iPad has part of the job. So I downloaded garageband for it. I'd never used it before.

 

I'd been listening to the original transformers and Rocky 4 sound track a fair bit at the time, Vince DiCola. So I thought I'd do something in the style of that.

 

The original plan was to put some real instruments on it but as things panned out I could only afford the interface and other things now which I got at Xmas. By then I'd finished the piece. So I've just mixed and mastered it the last couple of days.

I've always found your stuff sounds great. I  miss it from the composition challenge

Thank you very much.  Hopefully I'll be back now I have more time and some reliable gear.

 

 

Tbh I've only listened to this track through the headphones I mixed it on. Hopefully it sounds all right and not too trebley or bassy. 

 

I'll have to remix if so.

Although I mostly use Cubase these days I recently bought a used iPad as I missed the fun of using GB on iOS 🙂
