Im gonna regret this but needs must! need to clear some room for some more stuff thats coming in, the JFX is a remake of the classic Moog 12 stage phaser but in a smaller enclosure and a standard polarity 9v supply.

These were a very limited number and it sounds amazing.

Thanks for thinking of me. Had seen this on Facebook earlier this morning. Kind of ruing not having kept the Moog one that I bought new for £270 about 7 years ago. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Doh!

  • 0175westwood29 changed the title to JFX 12 stage Phaser price drop again! £200

If I didn't already have a Chase Bliss Wombtone Billy Strings on its way from the US, I’d be all over this. Really good price and an even bigger bargain when compared to the used prices of the Moog MF-103!

I’m in the same boat. Mine should arrive any day now.

Having said that, 12-state phasing is different. When I first tried the Moog, I didn’t like the 12-stage setting but recently I tried a Black Pearl (annother 103 clone) and got a really nice bass tune on that setting.

I’ll be keen to hear your thoughts on the envelope setting of the Wombtone. That was one of the main motivations to get one after finding the Seymour Duncan Polarons envelope a bit underwhelming. And I haven’t explored the 12-stage setting on the Black Pearl…I’m experiencing pedal option paralysis with phasers at the moment!

And sorry to have derailed the thread somewhat! I’m still interested in this!! Haha!
