Fender Fretless Precision 1979 Big Price drop £1975 N Ireland

Here we have a lovely Sunburst fretless with maple board

The back had some scrapes which I have tried to capture but aapart from

that the bass is in overall great condition

 

Pots date to 79, hard to make out the pickups but look to be 80

Tuners in great condition and are not stiff

Truss rod working both ways

Just a little string marking on the board but otherwise still smooth

Nut width is 41mm

Weight is 3.8Kg's

 

Comes in a Thoman tweed case

I will include delivery to UK addresses and price is firm and sorry no trades

The readable bass side of the pickup says 1981 and it seems that the treble side is stamped with an 81 at the end.

 

The yellow sticker reads 1981 too.

 

The S9 series can go up to 1982...
