Bit of a long shot but, anyone recommend gig-bag suitable for an Alembic Mark King series 1?

Wondering if you chaps/chapesses, might have any suggestions? Bass won't fit into Mono or Harvest bags, as it is a 'point' model with extra wood at the body end of it. I have a hard case for it, but it's like lugging my wardrobe around.

Anyway, here's hoping someone with a similar S1, S2 or MK bass can give me an idea.

Ta muchly in advance.

Yessir, the Mono Vertigo M80-VEB-BLK and the Reunion Blues Continental Voyager Electric Bass Case. Both will accommodate the near 50-inch headstock to point length.

I fear not.  I had an MK for about 20 years and was on a similar quest.  I just got used to the wardrobe in the end (if you'll forgive the pun).  I think one of my pre-requisites now in my dotage is that whatever bass I have, it must fit in a Mono.

I bought the Mono Vertigo M80-VEB-BLK because it was one of only two I could find that my MK signature Standard did fit into... with half an inch to spare!

Thanks Mike. Will try one out asap. Nice bass as well. 👍

@Mike Brooks

Got a hold of one and it just fits. As you say, very snug indeed, but should do the job for what I do and where I go. Thanks again.
