Rick 4001/4003 – any basses with similar neck/fingerboard dimensions?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but is anybody aware of any basses that have similar neck and fingerboard profile to a Rickenbacker 4001/4003?  I have an '82 4001 which I love to bits, but as I get older and creakier I am finding it increasingly heavy and uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

I had an early 80s Aria TSB550 that did a similar thing with the spacing (narrow at the bridge, normal at the nut, so it tapers less than a Fender neck). Those are medium scale though, and I don't know whether the long scale models are the same.

Vigier Passion and Arpege have 40mm nuts and the strings don't taper out too much at all on their way the bridge. They're far comfier than a 4001 too and usually quite light.

The original MIJ SBs have wide nuts & narrow spacing (although I think wider than a Fender at the nut) but if weight is an issue they're probably not the best option.

My Jap TSB650 from 1979 is 4kgs. I don’t feally get on with the neck and string spacing, being a long time Fender player. But it’s a really well crafted bass.

I own an Arpege and actually really recommend the Vigier Excess model as well which I also own. Roger Glover from Deep Purple switched to them and he was a previous Rick user. All the Vigier instruments are a fairly comfortable weight.

Neck profile on the Excess is a bit more substantial than an Arpege, with a 42mm nut, but the neck is very comfortable.
