thodrik Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I bought a whole bunch of XLR cables for a recording project back in May. It took about a week and a half which I thought was reasonable. Customs checks took an age but that isn't Thomann's problem. If I need something really quickly, I go for a UK supplier. I generally go for Thomann for buying their in-house cables/accessories which I think are really good value for money. Quote

dave_bass5 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Ive ordered a few things recently, as others have said, there is a back hole in the tracking where the item sits at customs. I do find I still get the items within 4 days, depending when I order. I do try and order on a Monday so I get the time that week. Weekend orders seem to take an extra day. Quote

It left DHL to cross the border etc and I've kept copies of every correspondence etc so I'm hoping this week it'll arrive with them Quote

Ed_S Posted February 16 Posted February 16 I ordered a bass from them on the 4th, it left their warehouse the same day, it was picked up over here on the 6th, and it was delivered on the 7th; actually several days sooner than I've become used to. As it arrived on a Friday I had the weekend to iron out its b-stock issues, which was a bonus. Not saying that they don't sometimes get it wrong, but they certainly can still get it right and even exceed expectations. 1 Quote
