So the people buying these instruments are technically indirectly paying your tax, in a voluntary way. They'll also be paying a %age to Christies. Who will also be paying tax.

You can bend your knee and diff your cap, but I pay my tax myself. They’re paying the tax they should (probably for the first time…).

My guitarists Jeff Beck story by association from when he worked at National Trust and was chatting with one of the gardeners day. Gardener says "Oh you play a bit of guitar don't you? I was at a do at the weekend and got chatting to a guy who apparently plays a bit... I didn't know him ... have you ever heard of Jeff Beck?" 🤣
