tegs07 Posted January 24 Posted January 24 You can’t say that the seller isn’t making a big effort to justify the price tag though. The copious pictures, description and the provenance about that wild night out where Phil Lynott stole the bass from a music shop in Denmark Street was very entertaining. 2 Quote
Paul S Posted January 24 Posted January 24 One for Gollum. Has to be said I am digging the Artex on the walls - don't see that often these days. Quote
oldslapper Posted January 24 Posted January 24 “..It’s never barely been used..” so it’s been used, a lot? I think the price reflects the rarity of the Strap Button On Both Horns model. Quote
Dan Dare Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Another tea-leaf who has nicked a bass from the back of someone's motor trying to shift it. No clue what it is, but someone in the local boozer has told him it's "werf fousands", so he's giving it a go. Note no previous sales or feedback. The funniest I ever saw on eBay was a crap copy advertised as a "Jazz Precision". Someone had hacked the top off the headstock and re-located the 4th tuner to the underside of it (a la Sting Ray), but the wrong way around. 1 Quote
