1998 Stingray 5H. Black and Maple £1275 Edinburgh

I keep trying to get back into 5 strings but they never stick. Even though I played them for years. Guess I'm now a 4 string player at heart. So, I'm selling my 1998 Stingray 5H.

 

It sounds great. The frets have plenty of wear left in them, the neck is straight, the action is low, and the truss rod works. The electrics work as they should. It's in good working order.

 

It does have a lot of play wear - this is a player's bass, not a collectors item. I have photo'd the many cracks and scratches for posterity, but it is as it is. 

 

Weight is 10 lbs. It comes in a Thomann hard case. 

 

The price reflects the package. If you're like me, and you want the Musicman sound at a bargain price, then this is it.
