I'm not receiving message notification emails, settinng checked - nothing has changed - is there a problem?

There has been a server upgrade taking place to try and solve this issue.  Ped and Woodinblack have been dealing with it.

Email notifications are still incredibly sporadic at the moment. One minute they're working, next they aren't. It's not just me either, I've had a couple of reports from other members.

 I did the updates that were recommended yesterday, but don't know if that has updated anything yet, its too early and I have no way of knowing if those people wjho don't get email still don't get email, I have no been able to establish a pattern about those who don't get it as I get all updates on any email address I have tried and haven't since marking my first email from here as not spam, so not sure how to proceed

Maybe we need to get some external help in from Invision?

I suspect they wouldn't help as I don't think it is an invision thing, it seems to be an external email thing

same here, still nothing arriving from basschat at all.

No emails plus no red symbol to indicate PMs for me, there are obvious concerns that the entire basschat marketplace could collapse imminently with potentially dire repercussions for the mental health of bassists and possibly implications for the entire UK economy 🙂
