Lozz196 Posted yesterday at 14:00 Posted yesterday at 14:00 From the clips up on YouTube from recent gigs poor Bruce doesn’t look in good shape at all, even his playing seems a tad laboured and lacking intensity. Quote
Wombat Posted yesterday at 14:16 Posted yesterday at 14:16 Aye, quite reliant on the other bass player standing behind ‘Paul Wellers’ amp. He didn’t play everything but you could see him picking up bits. Plus shaking a tambourine with the left hand and fretting with the right. Was all a bit sad. I can totally understand that Bruce has spent his life on stage so must be very hard to stop. Quote

I can see that, maybe both share a Chris Squire/John Entwistle influence despite their music being quite different. And known for using Ricks early on, of course. I was definitely a Foxton fan in my early days, Tube Station was an excellent challenge when I was starting out. Edited yesterday at 15:54 by Bassassin Quote
