G&L M2000 in Sunburst

 

Lovely playing bass in excellent condition (see pics). This is a bit different to a standard M2000 (only a little!)... I purchased it last year from here, with one pickup, and a basic passive wiring harness. I got it up and running with one pickup and a new preamp - A 3eq bass preamp from AnalogueWorkshop;

Which sounds great. I was going to get a scratchplate made for it, but ended up plumping for a new, genuine G&L pickup to fill the empty pickup slot as the bass sounds and plays so nicely... however, whilst this is fitted it's not wired in.

 

Unfortunately, some health issues are prompting me to re-evaluate and sell some music equipment. 

 

Bit of a tricky one to price, but if you're really interested let me know and hit me with an offer. I'm not really looking for trades as I am hoping to free up some cash, but may be open to trades with cash coming my way as part of the deal.

Had a look at what this owes me, so would consider £280, or trades (inc cash) up to thr value of this 👍

Nice bass - a little bit of wiring and someone will get a bargain here. It's not straightforward to buy a new G&L in the UK these days. A good opportunity to try the highly regarded MFD humbuckers.

The new pickup and preamp were about £180 on their own!
