I went to PMT and bought a keyboard to try and learn piano, you know broaden your musical skills.

You know how cheaper keyboards have demo songs? well this did, Yesterday by the Beatles, a Mozart piece and Wagner... except it got stuck playing Wagner.

So took it back to PMT, and great customer service, they exchanged it for another - apparently not an uncommon fault in this type of Electric piano, I had got a Nazi Synthesiser.

I'm surprised some BASS and guitar makers have never tried to do the demo song thing

I guess they know better .

When is the first AI bass or guitar gonna be made ?

, I can see it now an app installed on a phone, every bass line , every song , every scale , every chord , manually play or

AI play , and AI would play so much better than us.

But not all of us  :? )

Well, not AI, but I have a lava guitar which has a series of apps built in with rythmns and training material on it.

I know you were joking but for humour, our Frank is right up there with the best of them.

If you ever come across (don't) the BassChat Den of Iniquity (the DoI), you will understand.  If you are already in the know, you know... you know?

I don't know !

I'm not in the know

What's in the know ?

Thank you for asking.  Let me put it this way... If you are not in the know you wont know.  Hope this helps...  Heeheehee

BassChat's Den of Iniquity

It's not to everyone's taste but you are welcome there anyway.  It helped a lot of us to keep smiling during Lockdown.  Be prepared to have the mickey taken out of you though so you can return any back handed compliments.  A bit like an American Roast I suppose.

If I could get there by actually skipping there it would be a lot more fun than the

7 hr flight  . Roundtrip NY to Heathrow

$574.00 not as expensive as I thought.

 Thanks for the invite

I've not been to the UK since 2008.

I know it would be great fun

Come along, bring @Bluewine perhaps

I have driven past your city.
You might need to start one, all you need is a few gear nerds, tea/coffee and cake

My bad

I thought yours was spelled Redding

Thomas Penn founded Reading Pa. In 1752 and chose the name READING for my Reading , named after his county seat in Reading Berkshire England .

I knew of Thomas Penn

Reading Pa founded in 1751

I always thought your READING was spelled REDDING .

learn something new everyday : ?)

Driven past

Reading Pennsylvania ?

Redding California ?

Reading England ?

Getting"Gear nerds" there ,

no problem ,  but American gear nerds  probably won't,  and American Bass players positively won't be looking for

Coffee , tea or cake

More like snacks ,  good weed , and cold beer.

Just Kidding  ?

or

I think I'm just kidding ?

 LOL

You’re quite right @Bass4real the place called Reading, UKis pronounced Redding

London isn’t spelled Lundun

Worcestershire also fails

British English spelling makes little sense And I mostly blame the Romans
