I got this book for 20p in a Charity Shop – yes really !!!.

 

It's the 1986 Edition with Foreword by Paul Jones, and it's in pretty good condition for a 39 year old paperback. No loose pages and no creases in the spine.

 

27 Chapters spread over 250 pages with Black & White photographs
