Talkbass sending password reset to discontinued email address

it's been a while since I logged on, just tried and whatever I do, including contact us, it sends a password reset to a discontinued email address,

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page there's a "Contact Us" link to a form, tell them all about it?

Does that form not just send the admins a message?

no, the form doesn't appear, whatever I do this appears

Sign out.  Your account is locked anyway.  Then you'll be able to send them a message.

I had the same issue a while back.

I ended up having to create a new account as I couldn't get through to anyone.

they have acknowledged the email, so fingers crossed, the reason I went on was to see if any of my posts had any replies, so I didn't want to create a new account

talkbass have reset my email so I've been able to reset my password 😃
