Subscription payments

Afternoon,

 

Just got a notification from my bank that I have paid my renewal subscription of £18 for the Marketplace. Swiftly followed 10 minutes later by another notification of £18 to Basschat again, now showing as two pending payments of £18 out of my account.

 

I'll check if they both go through, but thought I would flag it as it could be a wider issue of members being double charged.

Hi mate sorry for the slow reply. Everything looks normal from here - I wonder if it’s something to do with the email issues we’ve had recently. Either way, I can only see one paid renewal and nothing pending. Let me know if you see anything weird or have any problems and I’ll get right on it 🫡

I've kept an eye on my bank and those two payments have now definitely gone through. Can you drop me a message once you've checked you haven't received a double payment from me? Thanks!

Hi mate. I’ve just checked via the stripe gateway and it does appear that there’s a second transaction which didnt make its way to us - no idea what’s happened there but I’ve refunded it now. I’ll look into it later in detail to try and work it out! Any more problems just let me know, we’ll make a note to double check next year.
