MXR M288 Bass Deluxe Octave.  Unboxed as I seem to have lost that, but in good condition.  Has two tiny chips on a top edge.... one near the word 'Output' and the other on the same edge in-line with the footswitch (you'll need to zoom in a lot).  Used to live on my pedalboard at one time.  No power adapter as it didn't come with one.
