Is anyone experiencing trouble with it?

URL displays as normal, page is just black and blank. I've tried deleting the bookmark and re-adding it.

I haven't changed any browser or VPN settings, I have tried with VPN disabled.... Null pois!

NorthWest Guitars website did the same a few weeks back, but it'ss now working again.

Do you have any plugins in your browser, e.g ad blockers?

You could also try opening the developer tools (under "more tools" in the menu in Firefox, I don't know above Brave) and selecting the network tab. This may then show you if anything is being blocked when you refresh the page.

It may also be worth pinging andertons.co.uk: https://www.howtogeek.com/355664/how-to-use-ping-to-test-your-network/

If your connection to andertons.co.uk is OK you should see something like this:

PING andertons.co.uk (217.70.184.55): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 217.70.184.55: icmp_seq=0 ttl=55 time=19.978 ms
64 bytes from 217.70.184.55: icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=17.132 ms
64 bytes from 217.70.184.55: icmp_seq=2 ttl=55 time=18.226 ms
^C
--- andertons.co.uk ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 17.132/18.445/19.978/1.172 ms

Edit: I forgot to add that you could also try https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

Thanks for this, I will look into it when I get home, but as I stated earlier, I haven't changed anything in the browser or VPN. I use the same browser and VPN on my phone and I'm having no trouble accessing Andertons on there.

I did indeed note that. Nevertheless, there may still be an issue in your browser or OS which has caused this.

The ping will check to see if you can resolve the domain name and reach the remote server. If both those are working then there's something up in the browser, and a look in the developer tools may show you a failed connection.

N.B. your browser may be set to use a different DNS from the rest of the OS.

Just tried using Edge and it's the same.

No issues here MacOS 11, Safari. Also tested on Win10, using Edge, all good.

Cheers mate, I'm totally stumped.

Do you have any content blockers on your router/ISP? We set up a child portal on ours and it was blocking all sorts (including Google Classroom) that it shouldn't; even though stuff was whitelisted, it still kept doing it. Ended up binning it.

Other option is to check your DNS servers - try setting them to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, or 1.1.1.1 - if that works, it could be an issue with your router or your ISP's DNS configuration.

Have you tried connecting to it through mobile hotspot?

This should determine if it's your internet connection/router settings or if it's a device issue.

You could also try connecting using your phone and see if that works.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I give up, It's not having it! It's working fine on my phone with the same browser, so I'll stick with that.

I had to buy a domestic appliance (god I hate those two words) a while back and the Curry's website let me put it in the basket but wouldn't let me actually order/pay. I checked out the problem and it appears it was something to do with the settings on my laptop in the context of their web protocols. I tired to contact them but couldn't for the same reason so bought it somewhere else. Internet eh?
