This is a Gigrig Isolator (v1) meant for use with the Gigrig modular pedal power system. 

Please note that only 3 of the 4 outlets are working. The left-most output does not function and will not power a pedal.

 

Gigrig will not service the unit as far as I know.

 

The other 3 outlets work fine and so will be great for Isolating 3 of your pedals.
