Fingerboard: Vintage birdseye maple with white vintage binding. Black acrylic blocks.

Never seen that very interesting pickup combination before.  Is it any more versatile than a PJ?  And what does the single coil give you that you can't get from the P?

It gives a different sound. When the 2 pickups are together, the sound is fuller and beefier. 
 

The kloppmann is a beast. Very aggressive with the tone full up. 
 

The MEC is a pickup that I really like, it gives the tone consistent with that neck position, but more clear and without the mud that sometimes you get on that position.
