Extremely light and equally as expensive! Quote
jonny-lad Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 They're well known for acoustic guitar amplification and from what I understand their amps are really good so I'd assume that their bass amps would be of a similar quality. It seems that you really pay for them though...their guitar amps, whilst they're not cheap, are much more within the reach of the average person's budget IMO. Quote
chris_b Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 AER are made in Germany and their guitar combo's seem to be used mainly by acoustic and jazz players. I've never seen any of their bass gear being used though. Quote

Their acoustic guitar amps are the holy grail of acoustic sound IMO and I heard some of their PA speakers and was equally impressed, although I didn't think they were much different to similar spec H.K. audio speakers that were considerably cheaper... The Funk Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Their acoustic guitar amps are truly incredible. Never heard or tried any of the others. Quote
