Modulus FB5 pickup info

Hi everyone, I would like to find informations about my FB5 pickup.

No information on pickup and all is cover by epoxy

For me it would be a Seymour Duncan but not sure

MG has used several brands over the years, like Villex, bartolini, EMG, and Lane Poor... I do not recall SD, but why not? After all the company is known from custom basses.

I think custom SD pickups are the default for new FB/FU basses right now, and I've seen SD Basslines pickups on older models. I think the ones they use now have plain black plastic covers, so that is likely to be what we're looking at here. 

 

Initially, the standard pickups were Lane Poors, followed by Bartolinis after LP shut up shop, but they've always given buyers the option of others.
