Shin's Music Bass Master Preamp..... original box and paper stuff it came with (no power adapter though as it didn't come with one).  Comes in its 'Grey Hammertone' finish, which is know to us all as Hammerite 🙂  Used to live on my small pedalboard, which is no longer used so time to move it on.  The finish on the base came off when I removed the velcro unfortunately (see pic), so it can be left as it is or touched up with some fresh Hammerite 🙂 

 

Oddly, the Drive Tone knob is located on the right hand side by where the instrument input is.... No idea why they did that.
