If it’s a fixing to a smooth (say poly finish) painted guitar, then you could use Microsuction tape. It won’t damage the guitar finish and should hold still. I’ve never tried it with a ramp, but a wireless brand supplied a piece to a fix the transmitter to guitar bodies.

 

edit: I think it is also called nano tape, but don’t quote me on that, lol.

That's a fantastic suggestion, never heard of that stuff but I've looked it up and it sounds ideal, thank you.
