Question about Marketplace rules

Hello everyone. This is my first post and it's a simple question. Is it possible to request in the Basschat Marketplace if someone has a specific instrument and wants to sell it? I apologize in advance if the post breaks the rules of the group. Thanks Franco

The items wanted section is a weird one. Every time I ask there, within 24 hours, someone has come up with it. Do people scour it constantly?

Aye it was partly/mostly because the wanted forum was a magnet for scammers. Lots of people were approached by people saying they had what the member wanted - I guess asking in public you're leaving yourself open to that. We also had to stop the ability to reply, otherwise people would use it to circumvent placing an advert, so it was a bit awkward, whereas now people can discuss potential leads and links to help the member looking for the item as much as they like. It's quite effective because between us we can find just about anything!
