Zoom MS-60B. Problems with effects 'disappearing' after editing with ToneLib

After I edit and save patches on ToneLib, the effects sometimes 'drop away' after a few times of me unplugging my power bank, thus powering down the pedal.

 

They work for a while, and then sometimes they've just gone... The patch name is there on the screen, but the effect doesn't sound out.

 

When I go back into ToneLib the patches show the effect isn't 'switched on' even though everything was good to go after my last edit. So I turn them on and the world is good. 

 

Then sometimes they go again.

 

Hasn't happened to me at a gig fortunately, and I don't want it to, so could anyone help please? Why does this happen?

Have you got it set to autosave (page 20 of the manual)? If you have, and you switch the effect off with the footswitch and don't switch it back on again, I think the off state will be saved. Note - I haven't experimented with this so this may be wrong.
