Stingray5
They say the amp worked ok after the drop. A demonstration of this would have been nice! Buzz
Didn't they do this is the 90's with the last series of amps as well by chucking them off the roof of a building? Edited June 6, 2009 by Buzz
MacDaddy
Was it Eden who on their website had the amp that had been through a house fire? IIRC it was scorched and the nobs had melted away but it still worked fine.
OldGit
A real Essex TE amp would have been dropped onto concerte, not grass...
MB1
MB1. An original Trace Elliot amp would have pulled the Crane Over!

Jean-Luc Pickguard
I don't think I'm likely to be dropping my LMII off any tall buildings anytime soon, so I think I'll be OK.

BB[/quote] Jeff Berlin? ...Could we not at least try? I saw an article in Total Guitar years ago where they got mad in their office and, with having to review yet ANOTHER hardcase they decided to put a guitar in it and throw it down the stairs and then out of the window, about 5 stories high I think...and found the guitar did not have a mark on it at all...and the case survived! So from an angry test, it went to a 5 star review. Edited June 11, 2009 by Kongo
