Steve W Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Hi I have 2 of these beauties fretted and fretless but am struggling to find a sale/insurance price guide valuation. They are 5 string Birds Eye maple necks Kent Armstrong Pups any thoughts would be appreciated. Quote
LeftyJ Posted March 18 Posted March 18 (edited) Unrelated to your quest, but they look remarkably similar to Chris Larkin basses. I wonder if they're related in any way? Never heard of Fingerbone. Edit: did a quick Google and found out they were made in Crowborough in the 1980s by Paul Richardson, in the former workshop of Manson Guitars, and later in Brighton. Edited March 18 by LeftyJ Quote
Geek99 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I vaguely recall seeing a review of them once, long time ago Quote

police squad Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Fingerbone was a guy called Paul Richardson. Based in Hugh Manson's old place in Crowborough. I think Touchstone tonewoods went there after FB He made a strat for my brother. Great guitars and a lovely bloke But he passed away some years ago Quote
