Done!

Will you be sharing the results of your survey / thesis once it's done? Might be an interesting read.

I’ve completed the survey and would love to see the results.

As someone who has designed surveys before (and who works a lot with academics) I’d suggest changing the title of the survey and consider adjusting some of the questions as they’re quite leading.

Best of luck with it all.

It’s best not to change half way through the survey as the results will be affected, but adding the advice from @Burns-bass (if you agree) into your Methodology section would score you extra points if you self-critique; getting in there before the person marking it does ;)

Following your first survey (and the advice above) you can carry out subsequent survey(s) to explore points that the first survey suggests for further exploration. Hint - As part of your research methods I am sure you you will have "trialled and discussed the (first) survey" with a critical friend prior to using it.  In this discussion your critical friend will have raised issues with your survey which caused you to change some of the questions e.g. blah blah. During the survey several participants thoughtfully provided critique of the questions which caused me to reflect on bias I may have introduced.  I will discuss the implications of this on the reliability and validity of my work later.   Enjoy.

I also completed the survey and as another person with experience of surveys and data collection I also whole-heartedly agree with the above statement.
