NGD - Harley Benton JA Baritone Guitar

Bought new for the princely sum of £166, I bought this to experiment with recording sone heavy music this year.

It’s a 30” Baritone and came strung and setup in B standard (BEADF#B), but I’ve currently got it in drop A, so just dropping that low string a tone. 

The whole guitar is extremely impressive for the money, sure the fretboard isn’t rolled, and the tuners are a bit cheap, but as a basic instrument, not least a platform for upgrading if it does what I need, it’s quite brilliant.

 

Worst case, I bail on the guitar thing and string it like a bass VI.
