Hopefully a sensible price ?

Looks good though

500H is approx £399 so maybe £600?

I don't think it's got enough over the DB-500 to be worth the upgrade. I'm never wanting for power. The LAIR stuff on the DI and higher output is where I'm guessing the extra money goes. Though the master volume is a nice addition over the original. With a £600 price difference, I don't see them selling too many of these. I feel it's too much of a jump for niche features. I'm 100% sure it sounds great though.

I totally get the two input feature but I´d like to see two seperate input gains and EQs come with it. I´m playing fretted and fretless and both basses need different EQ settings to work together in the band.

Do you realise your signature takes up the whole screen on a tablet?

Interesting thing, the regular Digbeth says "Designed and engineered in the UK by Laney" on the back ("engineered by" being a fun turn of phrase that I think Uli Behringer thought up as a way to vaguely imply that something is not made in China). The Nathan East model, however, says "Designed and made by Laney in the UK" (italics for emphasis).

Possibly accounts for the difference in price.

Edit: just noticed it says made in the UK right there in the description. In my defence, I just got home from the pub.
