Elfrasho Posted April 3 Posted April 3 I've been looking to get a 5 for a wee while then I saw a local band a few weeks ago and the bassist was playing one of these. It looked and sounded great and in fact I thought it was something a bit exotic. After a bit of googling I realised it was a cort and a very reasonable price for what you get. Got it today. First impressions is it sounds great. The string spacing feels close so will take a bit to get used to but don't think it will take long as it feels pretty comfortable. Love the look of it though. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea and it definitely wouldn't have been my cup of tea even 10 years ago, but amazing how tastes change! 11 Quote

As a matter of interest, the pups you took out were also Bartolini? the ones in mine are Bartolini but presumable the US versions were an upgrade? or did yours have something differently completely? Expand Yeah, i own a B5 Element and it is my absolute favourite bass out of three that i currently own... i miss the B4FL i used to own and would love to get my hands on one of the more recent B4FL Element in black.. and obviously the A5 Plus SC!
