Tbf, this is pretty horrible, but I guess it isn't really that different to any of the Steinberger style basses that are missing their body! I guess it eliminates the issue of it slipping off your leg when you sit down... Bloody horrible though!

I'd be more impressed if it was painted, not made of zebrawood.  Someone has not thought that through - "exotic" wood as a selling point, but then take most of it away.  Hmmm.

Perhaps they only had a scratchplate sized bit of exotic wood?

The actual scratchplate is pretty horribly cut. Shame, as otherwise, as a travel bass, it has potential, such an easy fix too.

They actually have some cool stuff in their store. Not too sure on it making here to the UK from China, though. May end up being more hassle than it's worth?
