Student help - AI in the music industry

Hey all, a friends son is doing a dissertation on AI in the music industry and was after some help. They asked me, but to be honest I’m not much of a musician and I know nothing about AI. 
if any of you lovely people would be willing to do a short interview with him, it’d be hugely appreciated. He’s a great guy and it’s such a niche subject he’s really struggling to find interviewees.

Might be worth posting in the Recording forum. I think some of the  guys there are using AI.
