SamPlaysBass Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago This is from the first run in 2024 and is a fantastic instrument. I’ve loved owning it, but unfortunately space is becoming premium and with a house move looming, I need to free up cash and room. Still has the original Ernie Ball Cobalt flats with loads of life left in them (still actually quite zingy). I’ve actually toured this bass and it does a fantastic job - punchy, articulate and captures that Joe Dart/Bernard Edwards vibe wonderfully. The neck feels fantastic, very smooth and fast with a jazz-esque profile and nut width. No EQ, just a big ol’ volume knob stuck on the front and it’s all the better for it. I’ve filed the nut grooves slightly on the E and A strings as the action was a little high, now plays incredibly well with a low, fast action. It’s in 9.5/10 condition and I’ll be sad to see it go. Collection from Trelewis, South Wales, or happy to meet within 45 minutes distance or so. No trades unfortunately, I need the room and the money! £500. Any questions, drop me a message. Sam 3 Quote
petecarlton Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Don’t underestimate these basses, they’re a great deal more flexible than the one-knob thing might lead you to think. And the neck is super playable and quick. GLWTS. 1 Quote
