Sire P7 Alder 4-string fretless PJ

 

Bought new by me in January 2025, but has remained unplayed due to zero free time.

 

It's a 2nd generation model, so it has the very nice rolled ebony fingerboard and redesigned pickups.

 

N.B. anything in the photos which looks like marks, it's just reflections as the bass is quite glossy.

 

Nut width: 38 mm
Scale: 34"
Fingerboard radius: 9.5"
Controls:
- volume/tone (dual pot)
- pickup blend
- treble
- mids/mids frequency (dual pot)
- bass
- switch: active/passive

 

Weight: 4.1kg (9lb 1oz)
