Favorite Bass playing from a Marillion song

I am not a Bass player but since this is a Bass forum.. curious what Marillion song/songs have your favorite bass playing.  I’’ll start with “Just for the Record” (Clutching at Straws)

I always loved the 12th fret playing in Chelsea Monday. Great Ric tone too, unless my ears fail me.

Gave Chelsea Monday a listen and worked out the opening riff (on guitar).  Has the feel of a great finger exercise.  Thanks for sharing paul_5.

@paul_5 Your ears are fine! The SFAJT album is mainly a Ric 4000. Also there's a bit of Fretless P bass on there too apparently!

 

One of my favourites is Slàite Mhath, I love that little fill he does after the "Beer mats" lyric.

Anything off Fugazi - killer 80s tone and high up in the mix. 

Probably the rubbery, twisty main riff to Emerald Lies.

@pst52 I heard the riff you mentioned.  Tried it using some slide techniques but not quite to same.  Thanks for sharing.
